At Meslay du Maine on September 27th, FONTAINE D’ARGENT ridden by Hugo Lucas finished 5th.
It was a chase for 3 year-olds over 3500m (2m1½f) for 3 year-olds. Believe it, this chase is quite difficult, you have to jump, but she coped well.
Her main quality: she jumps very well, but she lacks speed… therefore we’ll have to see if she improves in her next races.
Her owner, François Audoin who is always happy to have a runner, agrees with us about this.
