FEU D’ARTIFICE had not run since March (this big, late developing horse needed time). On November 21st at Angers, he did a comeback in a hurdle race for 4 year-olds over 3800m (2 miles and 3 furlongs). He finished 3rd.
He started in last position, came closer after 4 hurdles… and went on in 3rd position.
He ran well but his race was punctuated by a few mistakes on some hurdles and, as Marc Olivier Belley told us: “FEU D’ARTIFICE was fresh and was pulling , there were a few mistakes because he was not attentive… he is a good horse because in spite of that, he finished well!”
He is a horse to follow during the meeting of Pau.
